Remote Education
Remote learning provides a flexible way for pupils to continue their education when they are unable to attend school in person. This may be used:
- School closures or restrictions on attendance, where school access for pupils is restricted
- Individual cases where a pupil is unable to attend school but is able to learn
The purpose of remote learning is to ensure continuity of education, maintain engagement with learning, and support pupils’ progress from home. It includes a mix of online resources, recorded lessons, and independent tasks tailored to each child’s needs.
Any remote learning arrangements will be communicated clearly to parents and carers, and support will be provided to help families access the materials.
Please contact the school office if you have any questions or need assistance with remote learning.
What to expect?
During the first couple of days, remote learning may look different to our normal approach which teachers adapt plans and tailor them for online learning.
